I hope everyone had an amazing and relaxing Mother’s Day!

These are some photos from our girls trip to D.C.! My mom had been wanting to go for so long so us girls surprised her with a trip there. I actually hadn’t ever been either so it was a fun first for me too. The Ritz Carlton hosted us and we felt completely spoiled – it is such a gorgeous hotel. They just did a remodel and its so pretty. We had mocktails at Quadrant on the main floor and they were soo good 🙂 also so many of you asked why mocktails and asked if I am pregnant haha – not pregnant but I just don’t drink alcohol and neither do my sisters or mom.

We did the White House tour, Holocaust museum, Lincoln Memorial, National Art Museum, Mount Vernon, Arlington National Cemetery, Washington Monument, D.C. Temple, Archives Building, and lots more. We had busy days and walked around and tried to see as much as we could. My mom basically cried at each memorial and would say “I just love America” haha she is so cute. There was a Sweetgreen right by our hotel and it had a new salad on the menu I hadn’t tried – their ceasar salad but not just any ordinary caesar salad — you have to just try it. SO GOOD. We also ate at 2Amy’s which was amazing! I brought home Baked and Wired cookies and cupcakes for David and I to try that night too.

Also this Vince coat that I wore basically the whole weekend is one of my best ever purchases. I got it when I was pregnant with Rosie two years ago and seriously still LOVE it.

Hope you all had a good weekend – ours was incredible!!!! Will post about our weekend later this week!
